Ronojoy Dutta
Ronojoy Dutta is the current president of Air
Sahara and the ex-president of United Airlines, world's largest airline.
He spent his early years in Shillong and then in Kolkata. He graduated from IIT-Kharagpur
with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Before going to the

business administration, Mr. Dutta worked as an
associate at Booz Allen & Hamilton and then
as manager of planning for Bell & Howell. He joined United in 1985 and held a variety of managment
positions in the company including vice president-Financial Planning and
Analysis; vice president-Base Operations; and senior vice president-Maintenance
Operations.
